It must be a boy thing...they have to control
the remote. When ever I have Nathan on my
lap and have the remote he wants it.
It must be something that he inherited from his dad!

COWS, HORSES, FOOD AND FUN...
What could it be? Allegan County Fair.
We went Thursday night to the fair and
took Nathan for the first time. He was the
best little boy ever!!! He was so fascinated
by the lights and the movement of the rides that he almost missed his last bottle. Yeah right!! A Hondorp miss a meal, now that is funny.
Keri loves rides and of course
she is living with people who
cannot stand them... In the end she finally talked grandma into going on the Ferris Wheel with her. Better grandma then me!!! In the end we loved the farm animals and of course the best part FAIR FOOD !!!!! In the end Nathan had so much excitement that he fell fast asleep!

I have been feeling the tickle in the throat for a couple of days now and now David and Keri are starting to feel icky! Wonderful.

Colds, Football and Baths...
My vision of Nathan never getting sick was shot down this weekend. Thursday night Nathan woke me up with the sounds of throwing up. He know has a wonderful cold and is miserable. Needless to say I did not get a lot of sleep last night so I gave dad the duty of taking care of Nathan while I caught a nap. Can you guess what they watched on TV, you got it FOOTBALL. David is starting Nathan off at a young age. After a night of throwing up of course Nathan needed a bath. He loves his baths.
I have to say that I can now know what it feels like to be up with a sick kid all night long!

Labor Day Weekend
We spent Friday and Saturday at Grandma and Grandapa Burmania's camper in Cedar Springs. Keri and Nathan love to sit by the fire. They also had halloween weekend at the campground and all the kids dressed up in the costumes and went trick or treating.

Pretrial and First Day of School
The pretrial is done and over with now. We did not find any more new news than we already new. The next court date will be the actual trial where her mothers rights will be terminated if every thing goes as planned. I the one thing that came out of this yesterday is that David and I will have to become licensed foster parents.
I feel so bad! I forgot to take pics of Keri on the first day of 5th grade. What a bad mom! Anyway she seemed to enjoy being back in school as of right now that is, let me ask her that in a week once the homework starts coming in!!!
